Job details
About this role
Role overview Own the product work that helps veterinary clinics get set up faster, while preserving the depth they need to run their practices. The scope includes onboarding and enterprise administration: making configuration easier for individual clinics and enabling large groups to manage settings consistently across many sites. You will set direction for the problem area and lead a cross-functional squad through iterative product improvements.
Responsibilities - Set the roadmap around setup speed and quality, using customer feedback, operational insight, and product data. - Work day to day with engineers and designers to investigate problems and shape solutions together. - Test hypotheses, deliver improvements in small increments, and use results to guide subsequent work. - Learn from implementation, support, and customer success teams; measure where onboarding gets stuck and replace manual workarounds with product capabilities. - Define how administration works across central, regional, and site levels for multi-location groups. - Keep stakeholders and leadership informed about progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Requirements - At least three years of product management experience, including B2B software. - Experience owning a complex product area and turning an expert-dependent manual process into a product. - Experience with administration, organizational hierarchies, or multi-site configuration for B2B customers. - Track record delivering cross-team initiatives with firm deadlines and visible impact. - Ability to develop strategy amid ambiguity and guide teams through technically difficult work. - Strong simplification and operational judgment, including using workarounds as clues to unmet product needs.
Benefits and work setup The role is part of a remote-first, international organization. The stated offer includes competitive compensation and benefits, learning and professional growth opportunities, and company events.
