Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview A remote senior engineering role on a small product team that ships full-stack features to real users. The position covers the entire stack, from database design to UI polish, with direct client collaboration and end-to-end ownership of a product slice rather than isolated tickets.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship production features across the stack using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node, and PostgreSQL. - Own the architecture of the services built, articulating trade-offs to technical peers. - Join client calls, translate fuzzy business goals into concrete implementation plans, and pair directly on outcomes. - Treat loading, empty, error, and permission-denied states as first-class product work. - Review code thoughtfully, write meaningful tests, and leave the codebase healthier than it was found.

Requirements - 5+ years building and operating web applications that real users depend on. - Deep, practical fluency in TypeScript and a modern React framework, with Next.js preferred. - Strong instincts for data modeling and API design, informed by past experience of getting them wrong. - Clear written communication and a tendency to over-share context rather than leave teammates guessing.

Nice to have - Experience modernizing a legacy system without a big-bang rewrite. - Comfort with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, including getting your own work to production. - A side project, open-source contribution, or a strong, well-defended opinion about a framework.
