Role overview
A senior analyst position focused on provisioning and integrations for enterprise software serving cooperatives and communications providers. The role owns the product roadmap for provisioning capabilities, partners with engineering teams and external vendors, and translates complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the provisioning and integrations roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. - Evaluate and document third-party system integrations, including technical specifications and support models. - Contribute to the design and standardization of cloud provisioning frameworks, business rules, and API capabilities. - Research and capture member business processes, producing detailed use cases, scenarios, and user stories. - Advise internal teams on interpreting complex technical design specifications. - Define KPIs, functional requirements, and business processes tied to product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. - Five or more years in a relevant analyst or product role. - Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON data structures, and tools like Postman or Swagger. - Familiarity with broadband provisioning concepts and Fiber network technologies. - Understanding of full software development lifecycles and project management practices. - Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to mentor and influence others.

- Background in the utility or telecom industry. - Prior experience with cooperative or member-owned business models.
