Role overview

This Business Analyst role supports technology-driven initiatives by translating business needs into structured requirements and data-informed recommendations. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to surface insights, shape solutions, and help deliver scalable outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams. - Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. - Partner with product managers, engineers, and data teams to confirm accurate implementation of requirements. - Analyze data to surface trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement. - Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights. - Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and structured requirement-gathering sessions, refining solutions as feedback evolves.

Requirements

- Strong prior experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into well-structured documentation. - Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Comfort communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving settings. - A collaborative mindset focused on delivering measurable business value.

Nice to have

- Experience working on SaaS, data, or AI-related projects. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Exposure to process modeling approaches like BPMN or workflow documentation. - Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Background in consulting or cross-functional delivery environments. - Working knowledge of basic SQL or other reporting tools.
