A federal contractor is hiring a Reporting Analyst to support U.S. government clients across defense, civilian, and public safety organizations. The role focuses on building validated reports, extracts, and queries that power agency oversight and financial reporting, working primarily with Oracle-based analytics tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain validated reports, extracts, and ad-hoc queries across multiple enterprise reporting platforms. - Develop and troubleshoot Oracle BI Publisher (XML Publisher) report templates within an E-Business Suite environment. - Configure and support Microsoft ODBC data connections that feed downstream reporting and analytics consumers. - Respond to agency and oversight data calls with accurate, audit-ready deliverables on tight timelines. - Contribute to federal financial reporting cycles, ensuring outputs reconcile with underlying accounting data.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship, required by the federal contract governing this work. - Hands-on SQL experience writing complex queries, joins, and data validation logic. - Financial accounting background with exposure to general ledger or federal financial reporting concepts. - Current authorization to work in the United States without future visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher on Oracle Fusion applications. - Familiarity with Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse. - Working knowledge of Oracle Analytics Server and the Analytics Administration Suite.
Benefits and work setup
