Responsibilities
- Develop clean, well-tested, and maintainable Java code for complex client solutions - Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering quality through unit testing and best practices - Mentor teammates and support their professional and career development - Collaborate with the team to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications - Actively contribute to an Agile team's rituals and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Extensive backend development experience with strong, expert-level Java skills - Expert-level knowledge of the Spring Boot framework - Hands-on understanding of event-driven architecture and experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ - Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including database migrations - Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and scalable application design - Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
