Role overview
Build and maintain the systems and automations that help sales, expansion, and product-led growth teams act on customer and product signals. This hands-on go-to-market engineering role turns operational needs into dependable workflows, improves data quality, and applies AI to timely outreach and sales processes.
Responsibilities - Support systems for opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows. - Identify process gaps and edge cases across the customer journey, from initial engagement through renewal. - Build automations for follow-ups and next-step recommendations using low-code tools, APIs, webhooks, and AI services. - Run CRM data hygiene and enrichment workflows to keep records accurate and complete. - Test, monitor, and troubleshoot workflows to reduce failures and operational friction. - Work with sales, account, and marketing teams to connect tools and translate needs into scalable solutions.
Requirements - At least two years of experience in go-to-market systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture in a fast-moving organization. - Experience supporting sales pipelines, post-sale operations, or customer lifecycle processes. - Practical ability to build basic automations with webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms. - Experience designing and running marketing campaigns, personalized outreach, and lead-nurturing programs. - Familiarity with common CRM and marketing platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, and Clay. - SQL and analytics skills, plus experience validating, deduplicating, and maintaining sales and marketing data. - Strong problem-solving skills and interest in applying AI to customer and sales workflows.
Nice to have - Experience with AI product patterns such as agent workflows, human review, or methods for building trust in generated results. - Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi, Workato, Zapier, Celigo, or n8n. - Exposure to observability, incident response, or developer infrastructure products.
Benefits and work setup
The role may be fully remote, office-based, or hybrid under a flexible workplace model. The listed U.S. base salary range is $95,000–$119,000, and the role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan.
