Senior Software Development Engineer AI

Role overview Design and deliver production-ready AI applications that use large language models to support enterprise decision-making, automation, and knowledge discovery. The work spans text reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt design, with an emphasis on reliable, secure, explainable solutions developed alongside business partners.

Responsibilities - Build and operationalize LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines. - Develop and refine prompts, embeddings, and vector search for practical use cases. - Translate business needs into production systems, including APIs, microservices, or distributed services. - Evaluate model quality and performance, and troubleshoot complex system issues. - Work with cross-functional teams to make AI solutions responsible, secure, and fit for real-world use.

Requirements - Strong Python programming and software engineering practices. - Experience delivering production AI or machine learning systems, and working with LLMs and their APIs. - Understanding of NLP and core machine learning concepts, including evaluation, overfitting, and bias. - Practical experience with RAG, prompt optimization, embeddings, and vector search. - Experience designing APIs, microservices, or distributed systems, plus strong debugging skills. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have Experience with LLM platforms, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, model benchmarking, agent workflows, MLOps, and cloud deployments. Familiarity with Python data tools, SQL, API frameworks, containers, CI/CD, and monitoring is also useful.
