Senior Program Manager, Gen AI - Games

Role overview

A senior program manager drives cross-functional delivery for generative AI initiatives aimed at the games space. The role coordinates people, plans, and risks across multiple workstreams that bring Gen AI capabilities into interactive game experiences. It is a remote role based in the United States.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end program planning, scheduling, and dependency tracking across engineering, product, research, and creative teams. - Maintain program health by surfacing risks, resolving blockers, and reporting status to leadership. - Partner with technical leads to translate generative AI research into shippable game features or workflows. - Coordinate go-to-market readiness, including asset review, compliance considerations, and launch milestones. - Champion operational rigor through documentation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Requirements

- Several years of program or project management experience leading complex, multi-team technical programs. - Working familiarity with generative AI concepts, model lifecycles, and how they apply to consumer products. - Background in games, interactive entertainment, or another creative consumer-tech domain. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with executives, engineers, and creators. - Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
