Requirements
- Proven leadership of infrastructure or operations teams, including performance management and cross-functional collaboration. - Hands-on background across datacenter, network, compute, and cloud-native operations. - Demonstrated project and change management experience within a multinational organization. - Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management for an infrastructure function. - Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. - Track record of applying DevOps and automation practices inside production operations.
Nice to have
- Experience leading an infrastructure organization through a significant datacenter-to-public-cloud transformation. - Background developing infrastructure engineers into cloud or platform engineers. - Experience operating AWS PaaS services that support large-scale SaaS applications. - History of partnering directly with product engineering teams in an embedded or shared-responsibility model. - Experience building mature observability, incident response, business continuity, or disaster recovery programs. - Background operating infrastructure for enterprise SaaS in highly regulated or security-conscious environments.
