Senior Product Manager - Inference Platform

Role overview Own a major product stream for a high-performance AI inference platform serving developers and managed enterprise customers. You will guide the work from strategy and roadmap through release and adoption, collaborating across engineering and research to make model serving more scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient. The position can be performed remotely from the United States.

Responsibilities - Set product direction and own outcomes for a platform area, aligning multiple engineering teams across model optimization, inference performance, delivery, reliability, and enterprise capabilities. - Partner with engineering and research to translate improvements in infrastructure and inference into dependable customer-facing capabilities. - Conduct customer research, interviews, and practical proof-of-concept work, with particular attention to managed enterprise use cases. - Follow open-source model developments, inference costs, and business adoption patterns, and use those insights to shape product priorities. - Communicate plans and decisions through clear product requirements, technical proposals, and release notes.

Requirements - Experience shipping technical platform products and leading work across multiple engineering teams. - Deep technical understanding of AI inference, model serving, distributed systems, and production infrastructure. - Ability to independently reason through technical product problems and collaborate effectively with engineering and research. - Clear communication and expectation-setting across technical, commercial, support, and leadership teams. - Business-to-business experience working with enterprise customers and technical buyers. - Comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities.

Nice to have - Experience with post-training methods, including training draft models. - Experience managing partnerships with external technical organizations.
