Product Engineer (AI Empowered)

Role overview Build and ship real product features using AI agents and the latest generative tooling as your primary development environment, in a role designed for resourceful self-starters rather than credentialed specialists. You will take ownership of features end-to-end, learning whatever is needed to deliver and helping shape what AI-native product building can look like.

Responsibilities - Build and ship product features using AI agents and generative tooling as the primary development environment. - Pick up new skills, tools, or domain knowledge as needed, driving your own learning on the job. - Take ownership of features or projects end-to-end, from problem understanding through shipping and iteration. - Collaborate with experienced engineers, designers, and product people, contributing meaningfully from day one. - Help explore what is possible when AI-native builders tackle problems without conventional workflow constraints.

Requirements - Exceptional fluency with AI tools and agents, using them naturally and productively. - A portfolio of things you have actually built and shipped, whether projects, tools, automations, or businesses. - Demonstrated rapid learning ability and a history of picking up hard things quickly. - Resourcefulness and self-direction, with the ability to figure things out without step-by-step guidance. - Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have - Published work of any kind, including code, writing, art, products, or research. - Experience in a non-traditional field that gives a unique perspective on product building. - Contributions to open source, community projects, or public-facing tools.
