About this role
Role overview Lead the product analytics function for a portfolio of consumer health and wellness products. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team development, executive partnership, experimentation strategy, metric definition, and deep analysis to improve customer engagement, retention, and product decisions.
Responsibilities - Lead and develop product analysts supporting product squads, growth initiatives, and lifecycle marketing. - Advise senior product, engineering, and marketing leaders by translating customer and business data into strategic recommendations. - Define, monitor, and communicate the key metrics used to evaluate product performance. - Own the experimentation practice, including experiment design, instrumentation, analysis, and supporting tooling. - Build an insights roadmap that balances rigorous analysis with fast, actionable answers. - Present findings through clear written, verbal, and visual narratives for both working teams and executive audiences. - Partner with data and engineering teams to assess and improve pipelines, instrumentation, and analytical infrastructure.
Requirements - 10+ years of experience in applied analytics, including at least 5 years in product and marketing analytics. - 5+ years leading analytics teams, with substantial experience managing product analytics functions and developing talent. - A player-coach approach, with the ability to perform important analysis personally while scaling through people and processes. - Strong experience with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and AI-enabled and traditional analysis tools. - Demonstrated ability to convert complex data into product roadmaps, feature improvements, and measurable engagement or retention outcomes. - Experience with consumer-facing native iOS and Android applications. - Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills, with a strong bias toward action.
