Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain embedded dashboards and reports that make performance data accessible and trustworthy. - Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. - Monitor data quality, investigate inconsistencies, and help resolve issues affecting reporting accuracy. - Gather requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement reporting and data processes. - Translate analytical findings into concise recommendations for product and operational decisions. - Use SQL and data modeling principles to scope datasets and support a consistent source of truth for key metrics.
Requirements
- At least three years of advanced experience with a modern BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. - Strong SQL skills for extracting, transforming, and manipulating data. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of dbt or comparable data modeling tools. - At least three years in an analytical or data-focused position, such as data analyst or BI developer. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to connect technical findings to business strategy.
Nice to have
- Python experience for automation or advanced analysis. - Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and website analytics. - Exposure to Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery. - Experience with orchestration tools such as Kestra, Prefect, Dagster, or Airflow. - Familiarity with GitHub or other version control workflows.
