Role overview

A remote-first data and machine learning startup is hiring a mid-to-senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to join its Low Code team. The role centers on owning Copilot Studio for a major Argentine bank, partnering directly with business units to take conversational and automation use cases from idea to production. It blends hands-on low-code development with operational stewardship and governance in a regulated corporate setting.

Responsibilities

- Collect use cases with business stakeholders and deliver them end-to-end on Copilot Studio and Power Platform, from scoping through production. - Serve as the day-to-day owner of Copilot Studio, handling support tickets, escalations, and recurring meetings with business users. - Monitor published agents, tracking usage, performance, and availability to keep them healthy in production. - Establish governance around what gets built and published, including standards, environments, permissions, and traceability. - Remove organizational blockers (access, permissions, environment definitions) so each use case can reach production. - Contribute to evaluations of alternative low-code tools and agent builders, and support migrations when justified.

Requirements

- Proven experience building solutions on Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Automate) with real use cases in production serving real users. - Sound judgment to compare tools and pick the right one for each problem rather than defaulting to a single vendor. - Track record of acting as the primary point of contact for a solution in front of business users, including ongoing support. - A proactive communication style that keeps the team informed about business-area activity without prompting. - Ability to gather requirements from non-technical areas and translate them into a working solution. - Experience working inside corporate environments with controls, permissions, and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with other low-code tools or agent builders (e.g., n8n, Make, Dify, or similar). - Hands-on experience governing or monitoring a Power Platform tenant: environments, DLP policies, Center of Excellence Starter Kit, and Application Insights. - Power Platform certifications such as PL-200, AB-410, or AB-620. - Scripting in Python or JavaScript to extend platform capabilities. - Background working in regulated industries.
