Functional Consultant

Role overview This consulting role focuses on implementing enterprise property and lease management software for clients across the EMEA region. The position blends hands-on configuration, business analysis, and training delivery, with the opportunity to grow into a subject matter expert leading client-facing initiatives. It suits someone with around two to three years of business experience who enjoys varied project work across multiple real estate sectors.

Responsibilities - Gather client requirements and translate them into solution designs, including gap analysis and configuration of property management platforms - Advise clients on industry best practices for property and lease management in either investor or occupier contexts - Support configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities through the full implementation lifecycle - Develop and deliver remote or in-person training programs and supporting documentation - Manage project timelines, risks, and resources, proactively resolving issues as they arise - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and a diverse client base across specialised real estate sectors

Requirements - Demonstrated experience using or implementing a property management software platform - Understanding of property and lease management principles and software implementation methodology - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence delivering training to client audiences - Solid logical reasoning and creative problem-solving abilities, paired with tenacity to see issues through - Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations - Self-motivated team player with strong customer focus and willingness to travel when required

Nice to have - A degree in IT, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Accounting - Prior hands-on experience with the in-house enterprise property management platform
