Role overview The Implementation Specialist, OEM Compliance keeps dealership websites aligned with the brand and program standards set by automotive manufacturers such as Lexus, Honda, and BMW. It is a detail-driven, process-oriented position that blends hands-on site configuration with recurring audit and monitoring work across a large portfolio of dealer accounts. The role suits someone who works independently, manages high-volume recurring tasks, and partners across implementation, support, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities - Run recurring compliance audits of dealer websites against manufacturer-specific brand standards and program requirements. - Perform quality assurance on dealer sites prior to launch to confirm they meet OEM program criteria. - Proactively submit live sites for manufacturer compliance checks on a regular cadence. - Identify, document, and remediate compliance violations, escalating issues that could threaten dealer co-op funding or OEM certification. - Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to resolve flagged issues and prevent recurrence. - Track OEM policy and program updates, then translate them into internal checklists, playbooks, and configuration standards. - Maintain accurate records of audit findings, remediation status, and account-level compliance history. - Act as the internal point of contact for OEM compliance questions from dealer-facing teams.
Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in OEM co-op compliance, dealer website management, or a related quality assurance role. - Strong attention to detail and consistency when managing a high volume of recurring audits. - Comfort working within website content management systems. - Excellent written communication skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines across multiple accounts simultaneously.
