Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of scalable, modular systems grounded in domain-driven design and microservices principles - Architect agentic AI capabilities, including MCPs, APIs, and AI agents, while crafting prompt strategies that steer LLMs in code generation, documentation, and test writing - Translate product goals into engineering tasks optimized for both human and AI execution, and conduct rigorous code reviews across human- and AI-authored code for correctness, security, and performance - Mentor distributed developers, cultivating a culture of AI tool adoption, clean code practices, and modern software design - Partner with DevOps to embed AI-enhanced review and testing steps into CI/CD pipelines, streamlining delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record in architectural and technical leadership - 2+ years of production experience with AI/ML models deployed in real environments - Strong backend or full-stack background with Python - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot, or GPT-based APIs - System design expertise in RAG and agentic systems, with strong task-decomposition skills - Demonstrated leadership of distributed engineering teams and excellent written/verbal communication in English - Exposure to AI agent frameworks (for example LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, AgentCore) - Familiarity with vector or graph databases, embeddings, and LLM infrastructure - Experience with domain-driven design, microservices, or MCP architectures
