Customer Success Engagement Rep

Role overview Generate awareness and early engagement for a software platform by contacting prospective employer groups and scheduling product demonstrations. You’ll help keep the onboarding demo pipeline active while coordinating with customer-facing and internal teams; the role also supports setup and administration for existing customers.

Responsibilities - Make high-volume outbound calls to employer groups to introduce the platform and arrange demonstrations. - Coordinate onboarding with implementation and account teams, helping ensure customer setup and provisioning are accurate. - Learn the product well enough to explain its use cases and demonstrate it at a high level. - Set up and update partner portals, including requested branding changes, and assist with bulk user or client uploads. - Record relevant activity and customer details in CRM and other internal systems so teams can follow up effectively. - Share customer feedback and platform updates with support, account management, product, advisory, and customer success teams; report on goals and activity measures.

Requirements - At least one year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, administration, sales, or a related environment is preferred. - Clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to adapt to different communication styles. - Professional customer service skills and empathy when handling difficult situations. - Comfort managing frequent phone conversations and organizing competing priorities with urgency. - Computer proficiency, including office software, email, internet tools, and CRM systems. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively; an associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have - High-volume phone outreach experience focused on generating interest or business. - Familiarity with auto-dialers or sales engagement platforms. - Experience in insurance, healthcare, or HR technology.
