Responsibilities - Design and perform role-play conversations based on realistic customer service situations. - Assess model responses against structured qualitative and quantitative criteria. - Evaluate comprehension and conversational quality, as well as whether the model completes the requested task. - Check basic programming concepts in context, including JSON, functions, methods, and simple structured-data reasoning. - Produce clear, varied evaluation examples that reflect customer expectations for efficient, understandable conversation. - Follow detailed prompts, rubrics, and technical guidance when documenting results.

Requirements - Native or bilingual French proficiency across speaking, listening, reading, and writing. - Professional experience in complex customer support, technical troubleshooting, or conversational AI evaluation. - Strong analytical skills and clear verbal communication for conducting simulated calls. - Basic programming literacy, including familiarity with JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logic. - Careful attention to detail when applying evaluation criteria and recording results. - Access to a high-quality microphone for voice evaluations.

Benefits and work setup - Remote freelance or independent-contractor engagement. - Hourly pay is listed at $6–$65; the final rate depends on experience, expertise, and location. - Contractors provide a secure computer and high-speed internet.
