Role overview
Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions for strategic customers. You will act as a technical advisor throughout discovery, implementation, onboarding, and adoption, translating business goals into practical use cases such as intelligent agents, workflow automation, summarization, and custom AI integrations. The role also connects customer-facing teams with product and engineering stakeholders to shape scalable approaches to AI-enabled collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions to identify valuable AI use cases, relevant data sources, technical constraints, and automation opportunities. - Design and configure AI solutions, including intelligent templates, agents, summarization capabilities, and custom GPT integrations. - Advise customers on solution architecture, privacy, compliance, API usage, and monitoring model performance. - Guide technical setup, integrations, change management, and adoption across AI and automation platforms. - Partner with product, engineering, customer success, and account teams to improve onboarding, retention, and the product roadmap. - Deliver workshops and enablement sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences, while contributing reusable documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, professional services, or a similar customer-facing technical role. - Hands-on experience designing or implementing AI solutions, including work with large language models. - Ability to translate customer goals into secure, maintainable technical solutions and communicate trade-offs clearly. - Experience working across customer, product, engineering, and success functions to deliver complex implementations.
