About this role
Role overview Support customers of a design-driven marketplace for stationery, art, and home products during a busy seasonal window from September through December 2026. This remote role centers on personalized order resolution, helping customers navigate customized purchases before and after checkout. Specialists work in tight-knit pods with frequent touchpoints from supervisors and senior leaders.
Responsibilities - Own customer interactions across phone, email, live chat, and social, adapting tone to each channel. - Diagnose and resolve order-specific concerns, including custom design edits, production timelines, and shipping complications. - Pull and verify information across order management, design asset libraries, inventory, and CRM tools in parallel. - Log every customer interaction with accuracy in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems. - Surface recurring pain points or operational bugs to leadership and contribute ideas for service improvements. - Maintain availability for incoming contacts and partner with supervisors during regular video check-ins.
Requirements - Must live in one of the listed eligible U.S. states (AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI). - Track record supporting high-volume inbound queues across multiple channels. - Comfort navigating several software platforms at once with strong context-switching stamina. - Patient, empathetic communication style with the ability to handle sensitive or complex cases. - Background in e-commerce, marketplace, or app-based customer support involving real problem solving. - Hands-on experience with omni-channel CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
Nice to have - Familiarity with printing, photography, or design file workflows. - Aptitude for technical troubleshooting. - Experience learning legacy or unfamiliar software quickly.
