Role overview
Own the end-to-end digital experience for a technical B2B website, improving how visitors navigate, discover information, and convert. This hands-on role combines site building, UX and conversion optimization, analytics, technical search health, and conversational marketing. It also covers the technical implementation and monitoring of content structured for AI-generated search answers.
Responsibilities
- Improve site navigation, internal links, and conversion journeys from entry pages to key actions. - Build and maintain core pages in a CMS in partnership with brand and development teams, keeping components aligned with the visual system. - Monitor technical SEO, crawl and indexing health, and Core Web Vitals; resolve page-level issues. - Own analytics tracking configuration in GA4 and GTM, including events, filters, and troubleshooting measurement gaps. - Run A/B and multivariate experiments, interpret results, and turn findings into a prioritized improvement plan. - Govern the website’s conversational marketing setup, including content, routing, visitor targeting, performance reporting, and campaign coordination. - Implement structured data and content formatting to support visibility in AI-generated search results, and improve monitoring of that presence.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in digital experience, website management, or conversion optimization, ideally serving technical buyers in B2B software or infrastructure. - Hands-on CMS skills and willingness to build directly; Webflow experience is preferred. - Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, technical SEO, and AI answer engine optimization, including troubleshooting tracking and site performance issues. - Strong design judgment and ability to improve user experience within an established brand system. - Familiarity with conversational marketing tools, routing rules, visitor targeting, and qualification flows. - Self-directed approach and comfort working autonomously in a lean marketing team.
