Role overview Drive the hands-on execution of digital marketing initiatives across HCP and patient channels for a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company preparing for launch. Translate omnichannel strategy into tactical digital plans and own delivery end-to-end across web, CRM, email, field-enabled digital, and paid media.
Responsibilities - Convert brand and omnichannel strategy into tactical digital plans, securing alignment on scope, cost, timeline, and quality across cross-functional stakeholders - Plan and oversee digital and web projects from ideation through launch, maintaining integrated timelines, trackers, and asset inventories - Lead day-to-day execution of HCP and patient digital tactics across web, CRM, email, field-enabled digital, and paid media - Configure and deploy content within Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, applying best practices to triggers, journeys, and dynamic modules - Coordinate end-to-end rep-triggered email execution, including content handoff, Veeva configuration, QA, versioning, and field deployment - Manage PRC/MLR review workflows, version control, and compliance with regulatory, privacy, and governance standards - Direct agency partners with clear briefs, feedback, and accountability for deliverables - Partner with analytics to connect execution to outcomes and surface optimization opportunities
Requirements - Bachelor's degree - 5-7+ years in digital marketing, digital product or project management, or omnichannel execution, with pharmaceutical or biotech launch experience strongly preferred - Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Working knowledge of HCP and patient marketing in a regulated industry, including PRC review, PromoMats routing, version control, FDA promotional requirements, and privacy laws such as HIPAA - Experience with website content management, media trafficking, tagging, QA, and launch readiness - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing quality - Strong analytical skills for translating performance data and customer insights into actionable recommendations
Benefits and work setup - US salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 - Fully remote position
