About this role
Role overview Serve as a client-facing technical partner for a wellness and fitness software platform, helping business customers onboard, configure, and extract maximum value from their subscription. The role blends light project coordination with hands-on troubleshooting, ensuring clients get responsive, clear guidance as they adopt new features and workflows.
Responsibilities - Support onboarding and configuration for new clients, partnering with senior technical account managers to tailor workflows to each customer's business goals. - Manage a focused set of client accounts or short-term projects, providing guidance, insights, and technical support that drive platform adoption. - Translate complex product capabilities into clear, actionable solutions so non-technical audiences can apply them confidently. - Identify workflow or setup gaps, recommend improvements, and coach clients on best practices that improve efficiency and outcomes. - Act as a responsive liaison, coordinating communications, timelines, and escalations across internal teams and client stakeholders. - Track progress, capture learnings, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
Requirements - One or more years in a client-facing technical support or service role, ideally in a SaaS environment; two or more years preferred. - Project management or coordination experience, with the ability to juggle timelines, milestones, and shifting priorities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for breaking down technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client scenarios with empathy, confidence, and structured problem-solving. - Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and applying that knowledge to support customers effectively.
Nice to have - Familiarity with basic SQL, APIs, or the Microsoft Office Suite; curiosity and adaptability matter most.
Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of $55,700 to $66,800 in the United States, with potential additional performance bonus or incentive compensation depending on role and location. - Compensation varies by skill set, experience depth, certifications, and work location.
