Role overview
Work at the intersection of production engineering and platform design for teams building and operating AI agent systems. You will combine hands-on customer collaboration with core framework development, using real deployment challenges to improve reliability, developer experience, and foundational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with engineering teams deploying agent systems in production. - Design and implement agents alongside customer engineers. - Improve reliability, evaluation practices, monitoring, and scaling approaches. - Help teams move from prototypes to durable, repeatable systems. - Train customers and share effective implementation patterns. - Turn recurring production challenges into open-source framework improvements, including fixes, new primitives, and performance enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating AI systems in production. - Ability to move between implementation details and system-level design. - Skill in recognizing recurring patterns across seemingly isolated problems. - Strong interest in developer ergonomics and platform quality. - Comfort taking broad ownership across customer-facing and foundational engineering work.
