Role overview This role drives the ongoing development, optimization, and support of a Salesforce environment that supports roughly 100 users in a financial services setting. The position blends hands-on administration with custom development on Financial Services Cloud and Einstein 1, delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. It works closely with cross-functional teams to align the platform with evolving business needs in the wealth management and RIA space.
Responsibilities - Serve as primary administrator for a roughly 100-user Salesforce org running Financial Services Cloud and Einstein 1, managing users, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, queues, and security. - Maintain data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and scheduled audits, while building reports, dashboards, and list views that surface business insights. - Deliver end-user support, training, and documentation covering system processes and best practices. - Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex triggers and classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other programmatic tools. - Customize Financial Services Cloud objects, record types, page layouts, and business processes for wealth management workflows. - Integrate third-party applications such as document management, e-signature, custodial platforms, and marketing automation systems. - Apply Einstein 1 capabilities for predictive analytics, opportunity scoring, workflow optimization, and embedded AI use cases. - Manage structured and unstructured data in Salesforce Data Cloud to build unified client profiles.
Requirements - Three or more years of experience in Salesforce administration and/or development. - Hands-on experience working with or supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Solid understanding of wealth management, RIA operations, or broader financial services workflows. - Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and Salesforce DX. - Experience supporting and administering a Salesforce production environment with 50 or more users.
Nice to have - Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein 1 features and capabilities. - Experience with Data Cloud ingestion configuration, model mapping, and segment creation. - Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. - Experience with Salesforce Shield, encryption, and compliance controls. - Familiarity with marketing and client communication tools such as Pardot or Marketing Cloud.
