Agentforce Developer

Role overview A developer role focused on designing and implementing AI-powered automation inside a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud ecosystem. The work centres on building conversational agents, autonomous workflows, and advisor-facing AI tools that improve efficiency and personalization. The position partners closely with solution architects and integration teams to extend agent capabilities across the wider platform.

Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents within Salesforce FSC to automate advisor workflows and client service activities - Develop and tune agent topics, actions, and instructions using prompt engineering for financial services scenarios - Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs, external data feeds, and financial planning platforms to extend functionality - Collaborate with FSC Solution Architects to align agent solutions with CRM data models, security frameworks, and best practices - Implement Einstein capabilities such as Copilot, Predictive AI, and Next Best Action to deliver actionable insights - Test agent behaviour, including edge cases, hallucination mitigation, and compliance requirements - Monitor agent performance, analyse usage data, and iterate workflows based on advisor feedback and Salesforce AI roadmap updates

Requirements

- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow - Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or comparable conversational AI tooling inside Salesforce - Strong grasp of prompt engineering and large language model behaviour in enterprise environments - Ability to design within Salesforce's security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules - Proven skill translating complex advisor workflows into structured, agent-driven action sequences

Nice to have

- Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certification - Familiarity with the Salesforce FSC data model and advisor or client relationship management - Experience with MuleSoft integration patterns for external data connectivity - Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech - Exposure to responsible AI frameworks and compliance protocols in regulated industries
