Senior Analytics AI Platform Engineer

Role overview Build end-to-end analytics and AI-enabled data solutions that help an organization make better operational and business decisions. This hands-on, autonomous role spans data extraction, analysis, pipelines, lightweight applications, and stakeholder communication, with responsibility for data design and reliability within its domain.

Responsibilities - Choose and apply methods such as regression, clustering, forecasting, classification, and experimentation to answer business questions. - Develop analytical workflows from warehouse queries through insights, reporting, and recommendations. - Build and maintain data pipelines, analytical frameworks, and tools using SQL and Python. - Use AI-assisted development and generative AI capabilities to support experimentation and automate analytical work. - Create lightweight applications and APIs that make models and findings accessible to stakeholders. - Own data modeling and schema decisions, improve pipeline reliability, and explain results and trade-offs to technical and business audiences. - Analyze business processes and identify data-informed opportunities to improve them.

Requirements - 7+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a quantitative discipline. - Expert SQL skills with BigQuery, MariaDB, or comparable platforms, including query optimization, partitioning, and data modeling. - Production-quality Python and/or JavaScript skills and experience with modern data or machine-learning libraries. - Strong grounding in statistical and analytical methods, and judgment about which method fits a given question. - Understanding of warehouse, lake, and pipeline architecture for analytics and machine-learning workloads. - Experience using AI-powered development tools, plus the ability to work independently and communicate technical work clearly. - A public GitHub profile demonstrating projects, experiments, or contributions.

Nice to have - Experience with modern frontend frameworks, process analysis, cross-functional business domains, JSON and API integrations, or Docker and Kubernetes.
