Senior SAP Data Testing Consultant

Role overview A fully remote opportunity is available for a Senior SAP Data Testing Consultant to validate the reliability and performance of SAP implementations, ensuring technical processes align with business needs. The role centers on designing and executing test strategies across major SAP modules including S/4HANA, Finance, and Supply Chain, while bridging developers and end-users to drive go-live readiness.

Responsibilities - Translate functional blueprints and requirements into executable test scenarios for SAP environments. - Design and execute unit, integration, performance, and regression testing across multiple SAP modules. - Develop and run test scripts supporting cross-process functionality and end-to-end testing. - Manage defects through tools such as SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM, including troubleshooting, test data management, and root-cause tracing. - Collaborate closely with technical teams to identify, document, and resolve issues uncovered during execution. - Contribute to test planning by defining scope, duration, and deliverables for each testing phase, and lead large complex test efforts.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related discipline. - Three to five years of SAP S/4HANA testing experience, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation. - Working knowledge of functional domains such as SD, MM, FICO, or EWM and their standard transaction codes. - U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability and a Tier 2 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card eligibility prior to start. - Strong communication skills for working with co-workers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations.

Nice to have - Experience operating in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and data mapping practices. - Test automation proficiency using enterprise tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, or OpenText UFT One.
