Role overview A senior QA role embedded with the Quality Assurance leadership team, owning the testing strategy for enterprise-wide applications that are critical to a fast-growing consumer brand. The position acts as the testing subject-matter expert across ERP, middleware, and direct-to-consumer commerce platforms, partnering with product, development, and business stakeholders to land reliable releases.
Responsibilities - Implement and manage the QA process across enterprise platforms, including designing the testing strategy, authoring and executing test cases, verifying bug fixes, and producing test reports. - Serve as testing SME for enterprise applications such as Oracle NetSuite and adjacent middleware services. - Establish functional and regression testing approaches, lead test data collection and execution, and produce daily progress and status updates. - Lead UAT calls and partner with business users to demonstrate how test cases impact the ERP and related journal entries. - Write SQL queries to validate data ingestion into databases and downstream application outputs. - Coordinate testing activity across onsite and offshore QA team members, support e-commerce and responsive-design testing, and partner with warehouse operations to verify order processing.
Requirements - 8+ years of experience owning QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise applications, including test planning, regression testing, defect validation, reporting, and release readiness. - Hands-on experience testing ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems, with Oracle NetSuite experience required. - Deep understanding of retail systems and the financial and inventory workflows that power them. - Strong experience with e-commerce testing and CMS systems, including platforms such as Shopify, Braintree, and Klarna. - Ability to write SQL queries that validate integrations and downstream outputs. - Solid grasp of Agile methodology and a track record of coordinating onsite and offshore testing teams.
