Senior 3D / LiDAR Annotation Lead

Role overview Lead a team delivering precise 3D point cloud annotations for autonomous vehicle perception. The role covers daily production, quality audits, specialist training, and resolution of difficult tracking cases across multi-sensor data, including challenging weather conditions.

Responsibilities - Direct daily annotation delivery and quality reviews for point cloud tracking sequences and cuboid bounding tasks. - Train annotators on project coordinate frames, occlusion rules, and temporal tracking practices. - Monitor quality against a stated IoU target of at least 99.2% on complex semantic point clouds. - Investigate unusual edge cases and serve as the team's technical escalation point.

Requirements - At least three years leading annotation operations involving 3D LiDAR, radar, or video segmentation. - Knowledge of sensor fusion, camera calibration, and point cloud annotation tools. - Leadership skills and an interest in mentoring distributed annotation teams.
