Description: This senior leadership role will drive new revenue growth and commercialization across insightsoftware's product portfolio for the Office of the CFO. You will own the strategy and execution for launching new products and new revenue streams, including the monetization of AI-enabled capabilities, and drive them from concept to material annual recurring revenue. As the portfolio undergoes a major brand and platform transformation toward a unified, AI-native experience, this leader ensures that new capabilities convert to durable, profitable revenue. This leader pairs deep product judgment with commercial rigor across pricing and packaging, go-to-market design, and disciplined launch execution. The ideal candidate is fluent in applying AI both to the products we ship and to the way the team works, has a track record of standing up new revenue streams, and reports performance to executive leadership and the board. They must exude an unrelenting passion for our customer experience, strong financial acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ownership and accountability for the strategy, P&L, and commercialization plan for new products and new revenue streams across the portfolio. Define monetization models, pricing, and packaging for new and AI-enabled capabilities, with explicit measures for genuinely monetized revenue. Own the launch Go/No-Go gate and pricing validation, and the post-launch growth plan that scales adoption into revenue. Build the business cases for new products, features, and inorganic opportunities, and lead build, buy, and partner decisions. Set the standard for AI fluency across the team, using AI to compress cycle time across discovery, delivery, and go-to-market. Work closely and collaboratively with marketing, sales, customer success, and services to execute acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies and meet revenue targets. Maintain a competitive market overview to identify white spaces, pricing opportunities, and strategic threats. Report new-revenue and commercialization performance to executive leadership and the board, including ARR, win rates, attach, and adoption. Assess risks and dependencies across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions and provide guidance to Business Unit leadership. KEY AREAS OF FOCUS: NEW REVENUE STREAM LAUNCH Identifies, validates, and launches new revenue streams, owning the offer, pricing, packaging, and the path from first dollar to scaled ARR. Designs and runs the commercialization motion, including offer and SKU design, sales enablement, and adoption tracking, so new capabilities reliably convert to revenue. Establishes the measures that separate genuinely monetized revenue from bundled or attributed revenue, and reports against them. AI MONETIZATION AND AI-NATIVE PRODUCT Builds the business case and operating model for monetizing AI-enabled capabilities, balancing customer value, willingness to pay, and cost to serve. Shapes an AI-native product strategy, partnering with engineering and platform leaders on the data, evaluation, and governance foundations required to ship trustworthy AI. Defines how AI value is measured and connects AI investment to adoption and revenue. PRODUCT COMMERCIALIZATION AND GO-TO-MARKET Owns pricing and packaging validation at launch and the cross-functional readiness required for a successful release. Manages across channels to define and deliver product performance goals (for example revenue, attach, and customer experience). Leverages enterprise platforms and capabilities to improve speed to market and drive development and ongoing support cost efficiencies. PRODUCT STRATEGY, VISION, AND PLANNING Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and business priorities to shape the portfolio's growth strategy and investment areas. Aligns the strategy with cross-functional stakeholders to shape the roadmap and success measures. Understands the product technical architecture and the economics of technical investments, for example buy vs. build and total cost of ownership. TEAM LEADERSHIP Build and lead a high-performing team across product management and product marketing, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. Foster a culture of commercial rigor, innovation, and disciplined use of AI in everyday work. Identify and develop talent, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to hit revenue objectives. STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on revenue objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit leadership and the board on commercialization and new revenue. Qualifications Experience owning direct P&L responsibility for a product line, business unit, or division within a B2B software company. 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on growth, monetization, or commercialization. Demonstrated success launching new products and new revenue streams and scaling them to material ARR, including subscription and usage-based or AI-enabled monetization. Strong pricing and packaging expertise, with a track record of pricing decisions that improved attach, conversion, or margin. Demonstrated AI fluency: has used AI to improve product and team outcomes, and has shipped or monetized AI-enabled capabilities. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in a complex, matrixed, global software environment. Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and prioritization skills. The salary range in United States of America for this position is 212,000.00 to 265,000.00 USD Annual. For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply. Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.
