Role overview A senior growth product manager is needed to lead top-of-funnel growth for a B2C subscription product, with the mission of improving conversion to purchase and lifetime value across the web funnel. The role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing, partnering closely with user acquisition, design, and engineering to ship continuous experiments. It's a high-ownership position inside a fast-paced, performance-driven consumer products environment.
Responsibilities - Define and test hypotheses that improve conversion rate to purchase and lifetime value within the web funnel. - Build a robust testing roadmap, ensuring strict quarterly KPIs around customer acquisition efficiency and CPA are met and exceeded. - Analyze competitive and behavioral data to surface strategies that improve acquisition, activation, and monetization. - Collaborate with designers, developers, and data stakeholders from PRDs through execution, including supporting agile ceremonies like standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives. - Partner with the user acquisition team to optimize the full flow from first touch through registration and payment. - Take end-to-end ownership of growth, from hypothesis creation through implementation and evaluation.
Requirements - 4+ years of growth product management experience focused on B2C subscription models. - Proven track record running and analyzing A/B tests on web-based funnels. - Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rate, LTV, and other performance metrics through structured experimentation. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working closely with designers, developers, and data science teams. - Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives and consistently meet strict quarterly KPIs. - User-first problem-solving mindset with deep curiosity about customer pain points and behaviors.
