About this role
Role overview Lead the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and execution for a threat-hunting, threat-intelligence, and next-generation sandbox portfolio. This is a hands-on, general-manager-style product leadership role that owns the business across cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, and free community deployments, including packaging, pricing, and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities - Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and be accountable for growth, adoption, and revenue results across every deployment model. - Design and maintain packaging tiers and a price ladder, keeping one coherent price book aligned with the broader cloud business and monitoring realization against list. - Build an evidence-based understanding of threat hunters, SOC analysts, malware researchers, and incident responders, including CERT and government teams, and tailor the experience to how they work. - Converge cloud, standalone, and community experiences into a single agentic analyst experience that works alongside the user rather than waiting to be operated. - Partner daily with dedicated sandbox and threat-intelligence engineering teams, holding a shared platform to a high bar as its most demanding customer. - Run the full commercial engine, including sales enablement, field events, marketing, and channel partners, and instrument every investment for ROI. - Turn proprietary intelligence into a measurable, marketable story, including indicator uniqueness, corpus growth, and the narrative that the data is uniquely authoritative for critical infrastructure.
Requirements - Proven track record owning products end-to-end, with measurable results in user adoption, revenue growth, or market penetration. - Conversance with the threat-hunting and detection domain, including network detection, sandbox detonation, YARA retro-hunting, similarity search, and threat-intelligence feeds. - Strong people-leadership skills, with experience managing product managers and collaborating across R&D, design, and go-to-market teams. - Fluency in pricing models, discount structures, and packaging decisions, with an analytical and data-driven decision-making style. - Outstanding executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with credibility in front of customers and leadership. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Willingness to travel regularly to field events, customers, and engineering sites, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Nice to have - Hands-on technical depth, comfortable engaging with R&D on architecture and trade-offs day to day. - AI-first mindset, with a track record of embedding AI into product workflows and team practice. - Experience with agentic or AI-assisted product UX, and a point of view on what an agentic security product should be.
Benefits and work setup - Pre-IPO, global cybersecurity company focused on critical-infrastructure protection. - World-class distributed engineering teams and a large, active worldwide analyst community already using the product daily. - Competitive compensation with regular performance reviews and flexibility for the right candidate. - Equal opportunity employer with a commitment to a discrimination-free workplace.
