Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities - Manage software development project delivery and cross-functional coordination, ensuring engineering programs align with product and business requirements. - Track delivery schedules against upstream and downstream dependencies across Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Product Management. - Identify gaps, communicate them clearly to stakeholders, and follow through until resolution. - Own release schedules and milestones while sustaining a high delivery tempo. - Drive consistent and effective engineering processes in partnership with engineering leadership.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, with a strong track record of facilitating enterprise-level projects alongside software engineering teams. - 2+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in system-level technical design and evaluation. - Strong grasp of scope, schedule, resourcing, and quality/verification planning. - Demonstrated mechanisms for risk and critical-path management. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to take projects from start to finish.
