Role overview
A project manager is needed to lead customer implementation projects for a healthcare SaaS platform, acting as the central point of contact from kickoff through go-live and transition. The role focuses on managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication rather than solution design or technical architecture, working in close partnership with solution consultants and technical teams. The position is suited to a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic operator who can manage multiple complex enterprise implementations simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Own the project and serve as the main customer liaison from kickoff through post-go-live support - Partner with solution consultants and technical teams to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with customer business needs - Manage project scope, timeline, milestones, and risks to deliver on time and at quality - Drive stakeholder engagement across internal teams such as sales, customer success, engineering, and product, as well as across customer organizations - Proactively identify and resolve project blockers, escalate issues, and maintain clear status reporting - Lead project meetings and customer touchpoints, building strong relationships and high satisfaction - Champion process improvements and help evolve project management frameworks for scalable, repeatable success
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise implementations, ideally in healthcare or another regulated industry - Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences - Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy - Skilled at navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity through structured planning and execution - Familiarity with SaaS implementation best practices and lifecycle management - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
