LN Venues, Venue Applications Support Analyst (Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina)

Role overview

A major live entertainment company is hiring a Venue Applications Support Analyst to keep technology running smoothly across amphitheaters, clubs, and theatres in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The role focuses on Point-of-Sale (PoS) applications while supporting related systems such as CCTV, digital signage, and time & attendance, with most work performed remotely and occasional on-site venue engagements.

Responsibilities

- Maintain PoS system data including menu items, pricing, discounts, employee credentials, and venue layouts, upholding strict data integrity standards. - Diagnose device malfunctions across software, hardware, and peripherals, and document recurring issues for escalation. - Author end-user guides and test new software versions thoroughly before release. - Establish and refine support processes to improve accuracy and timeliness. - Staff an on-call helpdesk hotline during peak support windows, including after-hours show coverage on a rotating basis. - Travel to venues for software implementations, training, and escalated support as needed.

Requirements

- At least one year of experience supporting PoS systems, preferably Appetize and/or Micros. - Exceptional attention to detail and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables. - Familiarity with multi-location food and beverage operations and basic accounting practices such as balancing finances and inventory. - Strong troubleshooting ability with limited information and the capacity to reprioritize rapidly. - Outstanding written and verbal customer service skills and a positive, opportunity-focused attitude. - Willingness to travel up to 30%, with potential for more during peak season (March through October).
