Role overview
An Implementation Consultant role on a Services team that configures and deploys a Salesforce-based platform for enterprise clients in the legal industry. The position partners with Project Managers and Solution Architects to translate client requirements into scalable, declarative solutions, and runs full build cycles from design through testing and deployment. The role also presents completed builds to internal and client stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical build by translating client requirements into scalable solutions that follow platform and Salesforce best practices. - Support client engagements alongside Project Managers and Solution Architects, participating in discovery and technical discussions without necessarily leading every meeting. - Execute full build cycles within cross-functional teams, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying declarative Salesforce solutions and platform extensions. - Present completed builds to internal team members and client stakeholders to confirm that business requirements are met. - Document discovery findings, identify configuration best practices, and share knowledge across the Services team to elevate delivery quality. - Balance build deliverables across 2–4 simultaneous projects while maintaining thorough configuration and test-step documentation.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant. - Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow, including Record-Triggered Flows, loops, collection variables, subflows, and custom UI components. - Proven declarative development skills: custom objects and fields, page layouts, Lightning Web Page assignments, dynamic forms, and record types. - Hands-on experience migrating, cleansing, and mapping complex relational data using tools such as Apex Data Loader. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce security: profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, and sharing rules. - Comfort leading client-facing technical demos, gathering requirements, and collaborating with Project Managers in an Agile environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Nice to have
- Exposure to the legal industry and to legal technology used by law firms or in-house legal departments. - Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 or DEV-401. - A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
