Job details
About this role
Role overview A senior product manager is needed to own an enterprise healthcare engagement platform that combines behavioral science with AI-driven personalization to deliver coordinated interventions at scale. The role spans decisioning, orchestration, the healthcare integration layer, and the contracts that connect the platform to enterprise ecosystems. It is a remote position with a hybrid option in Tennessee and a required first-week onboarding onsite at a Tennessee office.
Responsibilities - Own the roadmap and outcomes for the intelligence platform, aligning priorities with business goals, client needs, and healthcare market trends. - Track market shifts, competitor and partner capabilities, and emerging technologies, turning insights into differentiated product direction. - Shape initiatives around omnichannel personalization, ecosystem expansion, interoperability, identity and consent, event-driven workflows, and enterprise deployment. - Drive the evolution of a healthcare integration layer supporting EHRs, HIEs, CRMs, and standards-based interoperability (FHIR, HL7, IAL2). - Build cross-functional partnerships across Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success. - Establish and track platform metrics, embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements - 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products, and a bachelor's degree in a technical field (master's preferred). - Deep understanding of the healthcare market and buyers—payers, providers, employers, retail health—and a track record of using market insight to shape strategy. - Strong systems thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and experience owning ambiguous, technically complex product areas. - Background defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations, and influencing across functions without direct authority. - Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, and analytics (no production coding required). - Healthcare data and regulatory familiarity (HIPAA, PHI/ePHI) is strongly preferred, plus experience with AI/ML-enabled products or regulated environments.
Benefits and work setup - Salary range: $150,000–$175,000. - Medical (HSA available), dental, vision, company-paid short- and long-term disability, and company-paid life and AD&D. - 401(k) with company match, 10 paid holidays, quarterly company closure dates, plus a holiday-week company closure. - Flexible time off policy, work-from-home setup, and 6 weeks of paid parental leave. - Required first-week onboarding onsite in Tennessee, with travel expenses paid; hybrid option available for Tennessee-based candidates.
