Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored technical presentations, architecture deep-dives, and product demonstrations for engineering and product stakeholders - Plan and execute large-scale migrations, custom configurations, and API integrations, troubleshooting proactively to ensure smooth onboarding - Build and maintain realistic demo environments that mirror enterprise workflows and surface relevant capabilities in context - Partner with sales enablement to develop training materials, lead train-the-trainer sessions, and curate a library of solution playbooks - Act as the primary technical resource for high-priority accounts alongside customer success counterparts - Champion prospect and customer needs internally to inform product and go-to-market decisions
Requirements
- Proven ability to articulate software architecture, data models, and integration patterns to technical audiences - Hands-on experience with APIs, custom integrations, and enterprise migrations - Track record delivering compelling technical demos that move evaluations forward - Comfort supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles - Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business contexts
Nice to have
- Prior experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role - Familiarity with product development, project tracking, or developer tooling categories - Experience mentoring newer teammates or building training content at scale
