Developer Relations

Role overview

This Developer Relations role bridges product expertise and marketing, focused on closing the gap between what a software product can actually do and what the broader market understands it to do. The right person lives inside the product, surfaces compelling use cases for newer AI and agent capabilities, and shares them through whatever format fits the story. It is remote-first and open to candidates in the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

- Develop deep familiarity with the product, especially AI agent features and newer modalities, and continuously identify use cases that real teams would care about - Create content that demonstrates those use cases across short-form social, blog posts, video walkthroughs, and live demos - Build relationships with engineering- and product-focused creators and communities - Represent the product at conferences and in live settings when useful - Surface product insights back to internal teams to inform roadmap and positioning

Requirements

- Genuine technical depth paired with strong storytelling and communication skills - Experience producing technical content in multiple formats, from writing to video to live presentation - Track record working with developer or product communities in some capacity - Comfort switching between hands-on product exploration and outward-facing content work - Self-directed mindset suited to a remote, async-first environment

Nice to have

- Public speaking experience at conferences or meetups - An established personal audience in developer or product circles - Prior experience in developer relations, technical marketing, or product-led growth
