Product Engineer

Role overview Build customer-facing product features across the stack for a collaborative product development system, including AI-powered capabilities and improvements to a shared content editor. This role suits an engineer who can shape a problem with product and design partners, then deliver a polished solution with visible impact.

Responsibilities - Work with product, design, and company leadership to turn new concepts into working features. - Develop AI functionality integrated into the core product. - Improve the collaborative content editor used across product surfaces. - Build user-facing features with polished, scalable interface components. - Profile and improve application performance. - Refine development practices to help a small team ship effectively.

Requirements - 2–5 years building customer-facing products at a software company with a high engineering bar. - Strong React and TypeScript skills, with full-stack familiarity across browser technologies, Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. - Evidence of delivering complex, end-to-end features with meaningful product impact. - Good product judgment and care for usability, performance, and finish. - Comfort working with limited project-management overhead and helping define the problem as well as implement it. - High ownership and ability to work autonomously.
