LIS Implementation Agent

Role overview Guide laboratory customers through adopting a laboratory information system, from understanding their day-to-day workflows to configuring the system for use. The role combines laboratory operations expertise, customer communication, enterprise software implementation, and coordination across internal teams. The position is fully remote and full-time.

Responsibilities - Lead regular customer conversations to document laboratory workflows and implementation needs. - Configure the information system to support each customer’s processes. - Coordinate implementation work with development, support, billing, and interface teams. - Track decisions, tasks, and solutions in a task management system. - Create training materials for customers and colleagues. - After onboarding, manage several new customer implementations at a time; the stated target is three to six.

Requirements - Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows. - Experience managing laboratory information or laboratory management systems. - Background in enterprise software management and implementation. - Ability to work independently with customers and translate their needs into system configuration. - Willingness to invest in extensive product and industry learning.
