Role overview
A senior Technical Account Manager position focused on driving adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts within a hospitality-focused AI platform. The role blends deep product and integration expertise with commercial judgment, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders and partnering closely with Account Executives on renewals and expansions. The work is fully remote, based out of Barcelona, Spain, on the global Revenue team.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship across a portfolio of complex, managed accounts, tailoring engagement to account value, complexity, and health. - Partner with Account Executives on renewal planning, expansion strategy, and executive-level customer engagements, including QBRs and adoption reviews. - Proactively identify adoption gaps, technical risks, churn signals, and expansion opportunities before they escalate. - Serve as a senior subject-matter expert across products, integrations, data flows, and AI capabilities, including PMS/OTA connectivity, market data, parity tools, and BI structures. - Build account-specific adoption plans that connect platform capabilities to measurable customer business outcomes and lead best-practice and value-review sessions. - Translate technical capabilities into ROI and usage insights, coordinate escalations across engineering and product, and share best practices with peer TAMs and AEs.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a senior technical advisor, TAM, or equivalent customer-facing role managing complex enterprise accounts. - Strong knowledge of BI data structures, market codes, OTB vs. Actuals, common data-quality issues, APIs, and PMS/channel integration patterns. - Demonstrated ability to scope, diagnose, and explain complex integration scenarios to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Commercial judgment with a track record of supporting renewals, expansion, and executive-level conversations. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills. - Comfort working remotely and partnering across global, distributed teams.
