Manager, ERP Engineering (EDI)

Role overview Lead the engineering and reliable operation of integrations connecting SAP S/4HANA with internal systems, external partners, and cloud platforms. You’ll shape the integration architecture and delivery lifecycle, support business-critical finance and commerce processes, and improve security, visibility, and operational reliability across a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities - Translate business process needs into secure, scalable integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Own integrations from architecture and interface specifications through development standards, deployment, monitoring, incident response, recovery, and ongoing improvement. - Build reusable capabilities for APIs, integration flows, events, B2B/EDI, IDoc, OData, SOAP, REST, and managed file transfer. - Lead and mentor integration teams, coordinate onsite and offshore delivery, prioritize releases and production support, and work across business, technical, and vendor groups. - Strengthen auditability, reconciliation, connectivity, security, observability, and integration governance. - Identify practical uses of generative AI, intelligent automation, agents, and anomaly detection to improve development and incident response.

Requirements - 10–14+ years of SAP integration experience, including SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and enterprise delivery. - Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, API management, IBM MFT or MQ, Event Mesh, and B2B/EDI integrations. - Hands-on knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, EDI, SFTP, AS2, message mapping, and troubleshooting. - Leadership experience spanning integration teams, release management, production support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. - Understanding of SAP processes such as FICO, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, sales, billing, master data, and financial integrations. - Experience with cloud or hybrid architectures, API gateways, security, and enterprise AI integrations; relevant degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have - S/4HANA and fashion or retail experience.
