Technical Product Delivery Manager

Role overview A remote, full-time Technical Product Delivery Manager role for a VisionAI platform that runs computer vision on existing factory cameras to monitor production lines, catch defects, track labor and output in real time, and verify critical assembly steps. The platform is already deployed across multiple factories at a major energy manufacturer, with additional pilots underway, and the TPM will keep those deployments healthy while strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities - Drive hands-on technical delivery for active deployments, ensuring reliability and smooth operation on the factory floor. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships across industrial accounts. - Partner with engineering and product teams to translate customer needs into shipped improvements. - Track deployment health, surface risks early, and coordinate timely resolutions. - Support pilot conversions by aligning technical capabilities with customer outcomes.

Requirements - Background in technical product delivery, customer engineering, or solutions delivery for software products. - Comfort working hands-on with engineering teams on production systems. - Strong customer-facing communication skills for industrial or enterprise stakeholders. - Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-trust environment. - Familiarity with computer vision, manufacturing, or industrial IoT contexts is a plus.
