AI Product Manager

Role overview This position owns end-to-end delivery of custom AI, ML, and automation projects for mid-market clients. The role acts as the bridge between client stakeholders and the engineering team, turning ambiguous business problems into clear technical work. It demands a steady delivery tempo while protecting scope and keeping teams healthy.

Responsibilities - Run custom AI/ML development and AI automation projects end-to-end - Gather business and product requirements, build roadmaps, and prioritize work with engineers - Serve as the main point of contact and own the client relationship - Set and manage expectations, creating clarity when requirements are fuzzy - Maintain a high delivery tempo with weekly client demos - Protect scope without damaging relationships, knowing when to push back and when to flex - Keep 3–5 projects running smoothly in parallel

Requirements - 5–10 years in client-facing delivery roles such as consulting, agency, or professional services - Track record of shipping AI/ML or data-intensive projects in production - Ability to explain a RAG pipeline to a finance leader and a product trade-off to an engineer - Experience working with mid-market clients who value speed and results over formality - Comfort operating in ambiguity, creating structure rather than waiting for perfect requirements - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping priorities

Nice to have - Background in product management specifically for AI/ML products - Experience with RPA or automation tools - Building business cases and ROI analyses for automation initiatives
