Full-Stack Product Engineer

Role overview Build and improve the product workspace used to design and refine conversational agents. You will take features from initial design through implementation and production, working across the stack with product and design and incorporating customer feedback. The work spans visual editing, an AI copilot, and tools for simulating agent behavior.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain end-to-end product features for the agent-building workspace. - Create intuitive visual editing and authoring workflows. - Build and refine AI-assisted tools that help users shape and improve agents. - Develop real-time simulation experiences for testing conversational behavior. - Work with product and design to turn user needs into shipped improvements. - Use AI development tools in daily work and review their output before relying on it.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience delivering production software across the stack. - Ability to own work through implementation, release, and feedback-driven iteration. - Strong product judgment and attention to user experience in a complex application. - Experience using AI tools as part of software development and evaluating their output. - English proficiency at approximately B2 level and Polish at approximately C1 level; other languages are welcome.

Nice to have - Experience with visual editors, developer tools, or AI assistant interfaces.
