Requirements - 7+ years of professional software engineering experience - Strong interest in equity, financial data transformations, and compliance-driven workflows - Track record of building robust, well-tested solutions for critical business operations - Comfort writing maintainable code alongside AI tooling across backend and frontend - Collaborative working style with product managers, designers, and engineers
Nice to have - Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, Node.js, MongoDB, Temporal, or GCP/Terraform/Kubernetes (proficiency not required) - Experience with domain-driven design or complex transactional systems
Benefits and work setup - Remote hiring across the UK, Spain, Germany, Poland, and Romania, with a hybrid model (2 days per week in office) for London-based candidates - Flexible working hours, 25 days of vacation, and up to 40 days of remote work from outside the home country - Generous annual learning and development budget - Competitive salary benchmarked by location and level, plus benefits and equity - International team environment with colleagues from 26 countries
